KS-YG-Plus

KS-YG-Plus is a transglutaminase (TG) preparation designed specifically for dairy applications similar to ACTIVA® MP.  The patented combination of ingredients allows the enzyme preparation to have increased activity in milk systems, regardless of heating conditions of milk.
